REFUND POLICY

At Polynesian Brints, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final once your order has been approved and entered into production. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Order Approval

Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof for review via email or text message. You are required to carefully review and provide written approval confirming the following details are correct:

  • Design & layout

  • Colors, text, and spelling

  • Sizes & measurements

Your written approval — received via email or text message — is kept on record and confirms that all details are accurate and accepted. Once approval is given, production begins immediately and no changes, cancellations, refunds, or returns can be made. We cannot be held responsible for errors in design, spelling, sizing, or any other detail that was present in the approved proof.

2. Production & Turnaround Times

Production time depends on the option selected at the time of your order. The following turnaround options are available:

  • 3-Day Production

  • 2-Week Production

  • 4-Week Production

Please select your production timeframe carefully as they are tied to pricing. Production begins from the moment your proof is approved. Production timeframes are not guaranteed in cases of circumstances outside our control (see Shipping & Delays section below).

3. Defective or Incorrect Orders

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives with a defect or if we made an error that was not present in your approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Your message must include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the defect or error, including the full item and a close-up of the problem

Once we have reviewed and confirmed that the issue is the result of a production or quality error on our part, we will work with you on a resolution. We do not offer standard replacements or refunds. If you have a concern, please contact us directly so we can review your specific situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

4. Shipping, Delays & Lost Packages

Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for verifying that their delivery address is correct before completing checkout. Polynesian Brints is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. Please double-check your address carefully before placing your order.

Carrier Delays

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, holidays, or any circumstances outside our control.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your carrier directly using your tracking number. 

5. International Orders

We are proud to ship internationally. Please note the following:

  • International customers are responsible for all additional shipping fees, import duties, customs taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • Polynesian Brints has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

  • Orders held, delayed, or seized by customs are not eligible for a refund.

6. Payment Methods

Our accepted payment methods are listed on our website at polybrints.com.

7. Chargeback Policy

By submitting a written approval — via email or text message — you are entering into a binding agreement confirming that you have reviewed and accepted all details of your custom order.

Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after providing written approval of your proof is considered fraudulent misrepresentation. All approvals are kept on record, including timestamps and correspondence, and will be submitted as evidence to your payment provider in the event of a dispute. Polynesian Brints reserves the right to report fraudulent chargeback activity to the appropriate authorities.

We strongly encourage any customer with a concern to contact us directly at info@polybrints.com before initiating a dispute, as we are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly and promptly.
