Polynesian Brints is a Utah-based business that designs and sells Polynesian-themed products, including sherpa blankets, towels, apparel, fabric, and printing supplies. Many of our products are custom, made-to-order items.

4. Products & Custom Orders
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are custom-made specifically for you. Because production begins as soon as your proof is approved, all sales are final once approval is given. Please review our full Refund Policy (Section 6) carefully before ordering.
Product Descriptions & Colors
We do our best to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, colors may appear slightly different on your screen than they do in person, depending on your device’s display settings. If you have questions about a product before ordering, please reach out to us at info@polybrints.com.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you’ll pay — we won’t change it after your order is placed.
5. Orders & Payment
Placing an Order
By placing an order, you’re making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraud.
Payment
We accept the payment methods listed on our website at polybrints.com. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Polynesian Brints does not store your payment card information.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is received, you’ll get a confirmation. Please review it carefully. If anything looks incorrect, contact us right away at info@polybrints.com — especially before your proof is approved, as changes cannot be made after that point.

All Sales Are Final
Because every product is made to order for you specifically, all sales are final once your order has been approved and entered into production.
Proof Approval
Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof via email or text message. You are required to review and provide written approval confirming the following are correct:

Sizes and measurements
Your written approval is kept on record. Once you approve your proof, production begins immediately and no changes, cancellations, refunds, or returns can be made. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Production Turnaround Times
Production options include 3-Day, 2-Week, and 4-Week turnaround times. Timeframes are tied to pricing and are not guaranteed in cases outside our control (such as weather events or carrier delays).
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives with a defect or an error that was not present in your approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@polybrints.com. Your message must include:

A clear description of the issue

Clear photos of the defect (full item and close-up)
We will review your situation and work with you on a resolution. We do not offer standard blanket replacements or refunds — each concern is reviewed individually.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or holiday slowdowns.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact your carrier directly using your tracking number.
International Orders
We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all additional shipping fees, import duties, customs taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country. We have no control over customs processing times and are not responsible for delays or orders held or seized by customs. Orders affected in this way are not eligible for a refund.
Chargeback Policy
By submitting written approval of your proof, you are entering into a binding agreement. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after providing written approval is considered fraudulent misrepresentation. All approvals, timestamps, and correspondence are kept on record and will be submitted to your payment provider as evidence in any dispute. We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargeback activity to the appropriate authorities.

7. Shipping
We ship both domestically (within the United States) and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes as described in Section 6.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to our designs, graphics, images, logos, text, and product photos — is the property of Polynesian Brints and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
